Scott has been involved with the family business since he was a child.  He is the owner and operator of this successful 60 year old venture.  Making  payroll is certainly one of the great accomplishments of any business.  Surviving the ups and downs of "shaky" economies and balancing business budgets is also one of the important factors in Scott's tool box.
